    Meet Yanique Deane

    I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working as a Therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting challenges, and self-esteem/self-confidence challenges. I’ve also assisted individuals who have experienced emotional abuse.

    My therapy style is collaborative in which you and I work together to discover creative solutions to presenting problems. I strongly believe in being completely honest with my clients. I will always treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

    Meet Lisa Wallace

    I have been in the Mental Health field for 15 years and have gained a wealth of knowledge. I have seen firsthand, the consequences of not making your mental health a priority, leading to various kinds of mental illnesses.

    I have worked with clients who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, family conflict and all forms of PTSD. I’ve particularly worked in areas such as Substance Abuse, Crisis intervention, and Hospice and Geriatrics.

    It is not easy coping with mental illness, however, I fully believe that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and that anyone can turn a struggle into a strength. 

    I am a very outgoing person who enjoys spending time with loved ones, just as much as I enjoy quality time with myself. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, as I see the best in everyone; I also try to bring out the best in others, hence my career choice!

    Meet Maria Foster

    I have been a Social Worker for 20 years and have worked with all different populations ranging from 4 to 112 years of age. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Co Responder with Law Enforcement, and a compassionate person who treats everyone with dignity and respect while helping you through life’s most difficult challenges. 

    My Therapy Style is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for First Responders, Motivational Therapy for Alcohol/Substance Abuse and Addiction, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Grief.

    I specialize in First Responder Trauma for Police Officers, Firefighters, and EMS while helping with areas of depression, burnout, and PTSD. Taking care of your emotional well being and mental health is important to ensure that you remain resilient and effective in your career of helping those in crisis. Let’s talk to make sure that you are “10-4” at work and in your personal life.

    I also specialize in the area of Addiction and Substance Abuse Counseling. I believe in the12 Step Model of AA and Al-Anon but also believe that it is important to process your stressors and emotions through Therapy while in Recovery. 

    If you are having a difficult time coping with the loss of a loved one I am also experienced in the Area of Grief Counseling and I will be able to help guide you through the Stages while providing insight due to my experience as a Medical Social Worker in Hospice. 

    When you book a session with me you will experience a confidential third party perspective that will allow you to process your emotions and stressors without judgment. Everyone has problems, they are just different.
